Depending on the extent of formality for your event, our prices range from $17 per person up to $27 per person and beyond. A simple, economical event will cost around $16 per person. These prices do not include sales tax or gratuity of 20% to our five-star service staff.

Porcelain plates, elegant glass tea & water goblets, silverware wrapped in cloth dinner napkins. Serving style can be modified.
A separate drink station adorned with linens offering ice, limes, condiments such as Sugar in the Raw, Sweet in Lo, and Splenda will be utilized. This station will match the Main Buffet station. One formally dressed server to maintain the drink station. Tea urns are polished and attractive. Coffee is an available option
We present buffet stations where guest lineup on either side (space permitting) and serve themselves from an elegant display of food. One formally dressed server to maintain each buffet station. Buffet stations require between 12 to 16′ of table space.
If necessary, there may be one or two plate, napkin, and silverware stations strategically placed to create the serving flow.
One catering manager on duty and one assistant all formally dressed for a total of 3 servers per 100 guests. Servers stay throughout the event assisting the wedding party. While your guests are eating servers maintain buffet stations that will remain open up until one hour before the event ends. Servers walk around refilling drinks, cleaning guest tables, picking up debris, and ensuring a smooth flow of your event.
Our Event Coordinator will assist coordinating linens, timing parameters, decorations, dance floor rental, minister services, table setup, serving style, chocolate fountain or desserts, and porcelain/utensils/goblet rental.
Your price per person will be $27 ($22 with elegant disposable plates, cups, and faux silverware) per guests for a minimum of 150 guests. Price per person does not include San Antonio sales tax and a 20% gratuity to servers.
Formal Bar Service is available for $4.50 to $5.75 for up to four types of local, domestic, and/or imported beer. Glasses of wine begin at $8 up to $9 depending on the brand. Mixed drinks are $8 and include four types of premium liquors.
A more economical catering involves a simpler layout however is still presented as a elegant buffet.

Lastly, you may order your food to be delivered only. Food is delivered hot and on disposable foil trays. We offer disposable plates, forks, napkins, serving utensils, and drinks with a formal or informal option. We rent chafing dishes for $35 each and a $100 deposit. We can also help provide staff to assist this type of event for a $150 service fee.
